Listening to Turned Based Attack they dropped a stat that on avg. Sega Saturn and Sega CD is the most expensive collection to collect for followed by NeoGeo I believe. How does that make people feel? I wonder how many actually Saturn/Sega CD collectors are out there that are hard core (like 64BitMatthew hardcore that only collect one console). Also, as an added bonus to listening to turned based attack, the dropped some knowledge that PS4 emulation, you'll have to listen to the episode, but will the prices of PS1 and PS2 games go up?

There are a few hard to find games for those consoles that are worth a lot, but overall I don't think they match the price of same cartridge games from the NES and SNES. It sometimes astounds me how much certain cartridge games have gone up in value in the past 5 years or so.

Some of that average higher cost for sega cd/Saturn games probably comes from the quantity of the games that where produced for each system. It's hard to come across Saturn games as it is in the wild, Sega Cd games are even more harder to come across. You mainly only seem them in stores or at conventions where you pay a retail price for them.
