Anyone watch it? Who's your favorite wrestler? Any crazy memories? Call me weird if you want but I have been watching since I can remember.

Some wrestling maybe "fake" but those guys put their bodies on the time for our entertainment and still get hurt! I havent been able to watch at all since I got a job (boo-urns) a number of years ago but Randy Orton was always a favorite of mine! When WWE was here a few years ago, a buddies girlfriend got us 2nd row from the front and the main card was a cage match with CM Punk and The Miz. Man... that was a great time!!!

My Story: As a kid - big Hulk Hogan fan, I was scared of the Undertaker, Ultimate Warrior Teenager - Bret Hart fan, Loved the Attitude Era and Austin 3:16. We had it great b/c we could watch both WCW and WWF Raw unlike the states which had to pick one or the other! (there was no PVR back then! ) We'ld follow Nitro and Thunder! I remember when Hogan fought Goldberg on Thursday Night Thunder! lol, We smelt what the rock was cookin'! Anyone remember Norman Smiley? Young Adult - Fell out of love w/ wrestling, didn't really watch the HHH/Stephanie era, Pretty much left when the Rock left so did I Currently - I still remember randomly watching Raw one night, seeing the electricity and the Rock's return (You have to understand this was when the rock said he would NEVER go back to pro-wrestling) so I was shocked! and been watching it since. My fandom is NOT as big as when I was a kid, I'ld say 90%, but I don't miss a Monday! =D Anyone watch or support local wrestling?

I haven't watched wrestling in years. I used to do wrestling on the indy-level (not big indies either ) for a long while after college. But I just stopped enjoying it. So, why keep going with something when you don't like it anymore? I actually worked a show with Norman Smiley. Really nice guy.

I used to be one. I stopped wrestling about 2 1/2 years ago, I think. Wrestled at a few places in Ohio and West Virginia. And yeah, I believe Norman Smiley did have a run in TNA. At the show I worked at with him, my match got bumped off the card because the guy I was supposed to wrestle no-showed. So I was put into a segment where I got beat down by the 'bad guys' of the main event. When I introduced myself to him, he asked what match I was in. I told him that I didn't have a match, only a segment. He told me, essentially, to just keep at it and everyone has to go through that at some point in the careers. We chatted for a minute or two after that. Really nice guy.

RPGTourguide - Awesome. I had a pact w/ a friend of mine we would go to "wrestling school" to be a tag team... haha, never happened (that's what happens w/ filipino parents, your dreams don't matter ) I'm gonna find some normal smiley stuff on youtube... haha., Anyone currently watching WWE??? I wanted to know anyone's thoughts on current wrestling as a whole overall, this "reality era" good or recycled PG garbage?
