ugh, for some reason no matter what I always succumb to getting the newest COD.
I like the whole idea of new maps and all that, feels fresh and new for a month or two. Then it sits on the shelf and depreciates in value by the second.

Because of Call of Duty and Battlefield always selling millions of copies each year, there is a lack of originality in games. |

I mean it basically is the same game with very few added features. But you're pretty much paying to get 12-16 new maps and a 6 hour campaign. Not bad for $60 I guess. But I've probably invested close to 5000 hours playing counter strike since i started in the 1.3 days. That game will be forever in my heart. Probably the most balanced fps game I've ever played and for some reason it never stopped being fun. |

Just a little update, I did end up preordering a copy of Link Between Worlds from GameStop (EBGames). I wasn't initially going to do a preorder, but apparently as their bonus, they are offering a free download code for Oracle of Seasons. It was almost like fate, because on my wife's 3DS, she bought the Oracle of Ages game a few months back, but didn't have enough to buy the Seasons game on the prepaid card. We never got around to buying Seasons to complete the set, so for them to offer it as a preorder bonus was an awesome surprise.  I figured I'd go ahead and share that info, in case anyone hadn't heard about that preorder bonus and might be interested. |

Oh yeah, that new Call of Duty Ghosts is coming out tomorrow but they're having a midnight launch. I've seen few people standing in line at EB Games as I was leaving work.

^ why do people care about the resolution that its being outputted on? Chances are that almost everybody will NOT be able to tell the difference between 720p and 1080p!

Because there are many fanboys that will get butthurts over a resolution graphics. They tends to go crazy over it. To them, Call of Duty is all about graphics which is stupid if you ask me. CALL OF GRAPHICS! DERP! To me, they should just shut up and play the damn game. |
